Important Information & Restrictions
- Not wheelchair accessible / Not stroller accessible.
- Infants must not sit on laps; children are not allowed to be held during transit.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or serious medical conditions, nor for pregnant travelers.
- Total duration includes transportation time between stops.
Pick-up & Transfer Information
- Pick-up Location: Designated hotel in downtown area (Look for the guide in a yellow uniform)
- Arrival Time: Please be ready 15 minutes prior to departure.
- Transfer Coverage & Surcharges: Standard pick-up covers Taipei City (excl. Yangmingshan) and select New Taipei districts (Sanchong, Luzhou, Banqiao, Xinzhuang). Outer areas incur an extra TWD 1,000 charge; Taoyuan/Airport area incurs an extra TWD 2,000 charge.
- Late Arrival / Cancellation: Latecomers or No-Shows will not be refunded. Booking changes within 24 hours may not be accepted.
Weather & Child Seat Regulations
- Please bring rain gear if rain is forecasted.
- The tour may be canceled or postponed due to severe weather.
- All infants and children must be included in the total passenger count.
- Per Taiwan law, children under 4 years old must use a child safety seat. Please notify us in advance if needed (An additional fee of TWD 300 per seat applies).
